LeaseCosts Canada Scores 4.9/5 in Customer Satisfaction

In a couple of weeks, we will arrive at our first year of Marketplace operations. It has been long and hard, but we couldn't be more proud of our team. And the best way to know it is just by asking our customers: 4.9/5 rating across Google Reviews, Yellow Pages, and BirdEye ratings! A big congrats to the team and especially to Alaizah Rebito, the head of Operations of the Marketplace.

A Year of Marketplace Operations

It's been tough. It is not easy for LeaseCosts to deliver a 4.9 rating service all across Canada. And I'm not saying we are a 4.9 company. We have a lot to improve; we take every single customer comment as an encouraging and improvement source. 4.9 is what our customers perceive and, in the end, that's WHY we are here for: to make it work and offer this complex process as an affordable option for everyone.

Next June 15th, LeaseCosts Lease Takeover Marketplace will arrive at its first 365 days of operations. We made it, and there is still a long path to go. While you can find here the full list of reviews, we made a summary of the most complete and encouraging public feedback we have received. We turn into these and read it each time we need the courage to keep it up:

Jorge was professional and expedient to have things set up and going for me. Process was straight forward and communication was always clear, timely, and professional. If you are looking to get it if your lease, give these guys a try, as they will work hard for you!

Pretty happy with the service. I got my vehicle listed and got 3 phone calls of interested persons on the first 10 days. I had to put in more cash than the one expected to transfer but avoided a couple unnecessary payments, not a bad deal. Would recommend it to anyone interested in transferring a lease. Thanks, Jorge for all your help!

Found the service watching car reviews on youtube. The straight pipes box test! So Canadian I loved it all. Easy to use site, great customer support, lots of eager buyers. My lease transfer was easy and you can’t beat a free listing! Thank you Lease costs Canada, I highly recommend them.

I had dealt with another website in the past, so in comparison, this was a great company to deal with. They weren't pushy about going for the paid version, and they also have a visually appealing website that I could trust people looking at to be worth my time posting my car on.

At this point, I'm surprised why there's really any other competition, and equally as surprised as to why leasecosts Canada isn't showing up everywhere that has to do with leasing cars.

Note to marketing Dept: get your name out there! You guys are gold!

Listed my vehicle on LeaseCosts.ca last week. Process was very simple and I was also able to obtain and attach a CarFax report to the listing. LeaseCosts was very quick to review and post the ad and even through in a free lease assessment from thier side. Great experience so faar.

Amazing website concept and customer service behind it. I work on the automotive industry and this is definitely a game changer on the lease transfer market.
