What does this limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty applies to our activation packages for submissions exclusively to our Lease Takeover Marketplace. The full activation package will be refunded to the buyer if less than five qualified offers are received before the coverage period.
It applies to all Silver, Gold and Platinum Package activations.
What is considered a qualified Offer?
This warranty considers a "qualified offer" as a reasonable offer/message received from a customer who has a solid purchase intention and is willing to go through the Credit Verification process. The following will not be counted towards the minimum amount of offers:
- Duplicates.
- Fake bids.
- Incomplete contact details.
How long does the coverage last?
It goes all the way up to 90 days from the activation date of the listing.
How to claim the Warranty Premium back?
Contact our customer support department at [email protected] providing your listing ID, email and purchase date. Claims are usually processed under 48 hours. LeaseCosts Canada Inc. reserves the right to verify, together with the buyers & sellers if the vehicle was transferred by one of them and the seller.
